Prana Wellness Yoga focuses on basic breathing techniques, light meditation and gentle movement to warm up and release the body of any tension. Class offerings range from beginners, slow flow, vinyasa, yoga nidra, meditation, yoga for kiters & surfers and classes for kids and teens between the ages of 2-17.
The studio offers a safe and welcoming atmosphere for anybody to practice yoga no matter your shape, size, age or colour. All classes are approachable for any level ranging from the complete beginner to intermediate and are taught with the concept of moving mindfully and breathing consciously.
Prana provides one-on-one private sessions that are made accessible through online digital streaming.
