UpCycles offers bicycles for hire by the hour from Sea Point Pavilion, the Waterfront (Silo District) and Camps Bay. Bikes can be hired at one of these spots and dropped off at any of the three spots. The most direct route between the three is wide level pavement and promenade following the curve of the coast - perfect for easy cycling and taking in the sights.

The bikes are all Dutch-style, single speed, back pedal city bikes. With upright posture and sprung saddles, they offer a comfortable ride for men and women of all sizes.

There is also a selection of bikes for children, child seats for toddlers under 18 kilograms, and carriages for 2 small children totaling a maximum of 45 kilograms.

For pre-booked half-day and full day rentals UpCycles also offers basic mountain bikes, with gears and v-brakes, as well as aluminium road bikes.
